Payment, Order Placement, Cancellation Of Orders

Note that the prices mentioned on this website are in US dollars (USD). Customers have to send in the total due payments by authorized and secure payment method to Get Cosmetic Boxes (getcosmeticboxes.com) if they want to get us to start working on their orders.

Any reasons for the delay in printing or designing that are; beyond the control of Get Cosmetic Boxes (getcosmeticboxes.com) will result in no cancellation of orders.

When you fill hard copy and soft copy of the form that includes details and specifications, your order will get confirmed. After we send boxes into the press, you can not request any change. You can still cancel your order in limited timeframes if you want and get your money back, but with a deduction. The deduction of the payment will be according to this policy.

• Cancellation of orders after 4 hours will result in 20% dedication of the total amount.
• Cancellation of orders after 24 hours will result in 50% dedication of the total amount.

The deduction from the overall payment is for the compensation of the resources. That will get wasted if the cancellation of the order occurs.

Return and Refunds

If customers want to get their orders urgent, extra charges will apply that is non-refundable.

In case of any faults or damages, or if the boxes are not according to customers’ preferences, they need to inform us within two working days after they received the order. If there is a fault in printing, we will reprint the orders. But the company will not refund the payment.

If customers want to get reprints or replacement, they need to send us at least 99% of the order at their expanse within ten working days after they get the order.

Our team of experts check the order several times for confirmation. If they want a reprint of the order, they must send us pictures of damages or defect within seven business days at their own cost.

Colour Accuracy and Proofs

The company will give customers a digital form. Placement of order includes this form. This sheet needs to be approved by the customer after the placement of the order. This sheet comprises of final artwork detailed and specifications and services that customer needs by us. Customers must keep the mentioned turnaround time under consideration and double-check every specification. The turnaround time is on the website. The colours on the digital as compared to in print may vary. GCB is not responsible for the final colour shades of laminated boxes.

Due to the restrictions and limitations of digital print and actual print with ink, we are not responsible for any distortion in colour shades that may occur. Plus, we are not responsible for reprinting the boxes if such alteration of colours occurs because of the limitations of the system.

Screenprint shows the same typography, graphics placement, design appearance and proportion of any artwork, but it will not show the exact colour and density. Customers should keep this limitation in mind when designing their custom boxes.

Customers can get colour accuracy by hard proof if they demand. The hard proof will be charged extra by Get Cosmetic Boxes.

No Liability For These Errors

Customers should note that Get Cosmetic Boxes (getcosmeticboxes.com) is not responsible for any faults or error in the custom boxes that fall under these errors.

• Mistakes in graphic placements

Customers are responsible for any image, text, graphical combinations that they are providing. They are responsible for what they are getting print on their customized boxes.

We advise customers to design their preferences in CMYK format with a minimum resolution of 300PI. Otherwise, we are not responsible if the result of colours and shades are not up to your expectations and gets blurred or gets any errors.

In any scenario of order by law or any other similar situation, Get Cosmetic Boxes (getcosmeticboxes.com) may preserve the content or disclose the content. These scenarios are

Over-Runs And Under-Runs
